Crafted by the talented Peter Watts from 40 years old vines planted on sandy soil yielding 50 hectolitres per hectare. Located around the southern slopes and foothills of Saint Emilion producing quality fruit with broad and complex aromas. Matured in French oak barrels for 12-18 months. A deep purple colour with notes of toast and nutmeg on the nose. This is round and generous on the palate with velvety tannins and a long rich spicy finish. Richness, balance, elegance and harmony are the hallmarks of this exceptional wine.
